Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases, payments, and access to the Pudzee Copilot platform and related software, tools, dashboards, browser extensions, and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Pudzee LLC ("Pudzee," "we," "us," or "our").
This Policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service and forms part of the binding agreement between you and Pudzee.
1. Access Fees; Not Outcomes
All fees charged by Pudzee are charged solely for access to software features, not for results, performance, accuracy, profitability, suitability, or outcomes of any kind.
For purposes of this Policy, "access" means the technical ability to log in to the Service and view available features, regardless of usefulness, accuracy, output quality, or market conditions.
Market outcomes, trading losses, missed opportunities, or dissatisfaction with interpretations do not constitute grounds for a refund.
2. Passes (Time-Based Access)
2.1 Nature of Passes
Passes provide time-limited access to the Service during defined access windows as displayed at checkout (e.g., "Open," "Lunch," "Close," or other designated market sessions).
Each pass type may provide access to a defined set of features for a specific time window.
Feature availability may differ by pass type and is described at the time of purchase.
2.2 Activation
A pass is considered activated when access is issued or when the scheduled access window begins, whichever occurs first.
Activation does not depend on login activity, feature usage, trading activity, or user interaction.
2.3 Expiration
Passes automatically expire at the end of the applicable access window.
Expiration occurs regardless of:
- Whether you log in
- Whether you actively use the Service
- Whether you agree with outputs
- Market conditions during the window
- Trading outcomes
All session times are displayed in Eastern Time (ET) unless otherwise specified.
Unused time does not roll over and has no cash value.
2.4 Access Windows and Session-Based Availability
Certain passes are tied to specific market-session windows.
Access may begin and end automatically according to the designated time window.
Temporary interruptions, brief latency, or partial feature degradation during a session do not extend the session window unless Pudzee determines, in its sole discretion, that a material outage occurred as defined in Section 6.
3. Credits (Feature Access Units)
Credits:
- Are non-monetary units permitting access to specific features
- Have no cash value
- Are non-transferable
- Are non-refundable, except where required by law
Unused credits do not entitle you to a refund, extension, or compensation.
4. Utilization Blocks (Usage Allotments)
Utilization blocks represent limited usage allotments permitting a defined number of feature activations or accesses, as determined by Pudzee at the time of issuance.
Credits and utilization blocks are distinct access mechanisms with different rules, scopes, and purposes.
4.1 Promotional or Free Utilization Blocks
Promotional or free utilization blocks:
- Are provided at Pudzee's sole discretion
- Are not trials and do not imply future performance, availability, or pricing
- Create no expectation of continued access
- Are not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash or credit
4.2 Paid Utilization Blocks
Paid utilization blocks:
- Are non-refundable once issued or activated
- Are not tied to outcomes, performance, or satisfaction
- May expire or be modified as described at the time of purchase
Any expiration, usage, or availability rules will be displayed in-product or at checkout and are incorporated into this Policy.
5. No Refunds for Market-Related or Subjective Reasons
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Trading losses or gains
- Market volatility or unexpected market behavior
- Differences in interpretation or disagreement with outputs
- Data latency, model behavior, or analytical results
- User error, misunderstanding, or misuse of the Service
- Changes in market conditions or personal circumstances
6. Limited Exceptions (Discretionary)
Refunds may be considered solely at Pudzee's discretion in the following limited circumstances:
6.1 Billing Errors
Demonstrable duplicate charges or clear billing errors may be eligible for correction or refund.
6.2 Material Service Outages
A material service outage means a platform-wide failure that prevents a majority of users from accessing core features for a substantial portion of a defined access window.
In such cases, Pudzee may, at its discretion:
- Extend access
- Issue replacement access
- Provide a partial refund or credit
Localized, partial, user-specific, device-specific, or connectivity-related issues do not constitute a material outage.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Pudzee support may result in temporary suspension of access to prevent fraud, abuse, or duplicate access during dispute resolution.
Pudzee reserves the right to:
- Contest chargebacks
- Provide this Policy, the Terms of Service, and access records to payment processors
- Recover associated administrative costs where permitted by law
8. Cancellation by User
You may cancel future purchases or subscriptions (if applicable) at any time. However:
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any current or past access period
- Access remains available only through the end of the paid period, if applicable
9. Changes to This Policy
Pudzee may modify this Policy at any time. Changes apply prospectively and are effective upon posting.
