PUDZEE COPILOT PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Pudzee LLC ("Pudzee," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information in connection with your access to and use of the Pudzee Copilot platform and related software, tools, dashboards, browser extensions, websites, and services (collectively, the "Service").
This Policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service and forms part of the binding agreement between you and Pudzee.
1. SCOPE
This Policy applies to information collected through:
- The Copilot web application and dashboards;
- Browser extensions or embedded panels;
- Associated websites, checkout flows, and support channels; and
- Communications related to the Service.
This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, brokers, exchanges, trading platforms, or services that you may access independently of Pudzee.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:
- Account identifiers (e.g., email address, username);
- Support inquiries and communications;
- Billing-related information (excluding full payment card details); and
- User-entered inputs such as trade ideas, notes, parameters, or preferences.
User-entered market or trade information is provided at your discretion and is not verified for accuracy.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access or use the Service, we may automatically collect technical and usage information, including:
- Device, browser, and operating system information;
- IP address and approximate location;
- Session identifiers, timestamps, and log data;
- Feature usage, interaction data, selected instruments (e.g., ES or NQ), session-window activation timestamps, access window type, utilization block consumption, and diagnostics; and
- Error logs and performance metrics.
We may collect device identifiers, browser fingerprints, payment verification signals, and other technical indicators used to detect fraud, prevent abuse, enforce account integrity, and protect the Service.
Certain technical identifiers (including IP addresses and persistent identifiers) may be considered personal data under applicable law.
2.3 Payment Information
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Pudzee:
- Does not store full payment card numbers;
- Receives limited transaction metadata (e.g., payment status, timestamps, product identifiers); and
- Relies on payment processors to handle sensitive financial information.
2.4 Information We Do Not Collect
Pudzee does not:
- Access or store brokerage or exchange login credentials;
- Access or control trading accounts;
- Execute, route, or place trades;
- Collect biometric identifiers; or
- Collect government-issued identification numbers.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
- Enable access to purchased features and usage allotments;
- Process payments and prevent fraud or abuse;
- Monitor reliability, performance, and security;
- Improve functionality and user experience; and
- Respond to support requests and communications.
We do not use personal information to provide investment, trading, or financial advice.
We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Market data, analytical outputs, structural classifications (including Market State, Market Internals, or Options Flow analytics), and similar model-derived information are not personal data and are not used to create behavioral profiles or automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects.
4. ANALYTICS AND AGGREGATION
We may analyze usage data in aggregated or anonymized form to:
- Understand feature usage patterns;
- Improve system performance and stability; and
- Support internal research and development.
Aggregated or anonymized data does not identify individual users.
Aggregated analytics may include anonymized usage trends related to feature interaction, session-window engagement, or general access patterns. Such analytics do not identify individual users.
5. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
5.1 Service Providers
With trusted third-party vendors who provide services such as:
- Payment processing;
- Hosting and infrastructure;
- Analytics and monitoring; and
- Customer support tools.
Such providers may use information only as necessary to perform services for Pudzee and are subject to confidentiality obligations.
5.2 Legal and Compliance
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pudzee, users, or others.
5.3 Business Transfers
In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to applicable confidentiality obligations.
6. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide and maintain the Service;
- Meet operational requirements;
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and accounting obligations;
- Resolve disputes; and
- Enforce our agreements.
Retention periods are determined based on operational needs, legal obligations, and dispute-resolution requirements, rather than fixed timeframes.
7. DATA SECURITY
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.
However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. USER RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

- Request correction of inaccurate information; or
- Request deletion of information, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Pudzee may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
